Um...so it's been awhile

And...according to my boss, this whole not updating my blog thing is going to start effecting my review ;) So, better start penciling in some time for this! :) So, Let's start with last week and then I'll post again for this week...OK? OK! Again, I keep up with the pictures, it's the getting to work and posting thing where I start to drop the ball. Last week was good, I had a surprise b-day party for my friend Kristi. In the words of Staci "we hid and yelled surprise. She was surprised." :) I loved having all the girls over (minus Sara, Bridget, and KT). It was really nice to sit and chat with everyone, we laughed A LOT!!! Oh, and we facebook stalked...pretty average evening!

Let's get this started:
Wednesday:
Combo for today: Pink and Green. I'm loving it. I may or may not have done this one before, but I don't think so! I wore this jacket to church on Sunday and I got complimented on it...I bought it probably 10 years ago or something! I was super excited to get a compliment on it! I just love the color combo and that is what most of this is about right now, experimenting with color combinations. I saw this combo on TV and was like, HEY! I can totally do that. Paired it with some gray heels and called it good! Hope I inspire you today! :)

Green Jacket - Old Navy
Pink Camisole - Old Navy
Jeans - A shop in Manhattan (I heart Aggieville)
Gray Heels - Macy's

Jewelry: Actually took a picture of it today....not going to promise that for the rest of the days :)
Long Silver Multi-strand necklace - Premier
Watch - Premier
Pink and Green beaded bracelets - crafty friend
Silver chunky bracelet - Premier

THURSDAY!!!
Decided to spice it up today with a little color AND pattern. Let me know your thoughts on this one. So I wore a jacket, patterned cardigan, and then a bright top underneath. Do you like this combo? I was on the fence about it, but really didn't have alot of time to comtemplate it that day. I wasn't too excited about it that day, but seeing the pic now I like it a lot more. Try this out...I think it's an easy way to do color and pattern in a fun way!

Jacket - Gap
Pink Shirt - Banana Republic Outlet
Cardigan - Target
Jeans - Gap
Flats - Target

Jewelry:
So, didn't make the cut the morning :)

Friday!!!
So, it was wear red to work day for Heart Health for Women. So, I participated. :) This is a pretty simple outfit, but I totally love this scarf! It really inspired the whole outfit. As soon as I knew I was going to wear red I thought of this scarf. It was the perfect gift!! :)
Black Cardigan - Old Navy
Red Tshirt - Gap
Jeans - Old Navy
Boots - Old Navy
Scarf - Gift from my friend Anna!!

OK, one week down and this week to go! I will post more later...it's time to get back to work now...and make progress on other things that effect my review! :)
