Pop of Pink

I have been loving the bright neon colors for spring. I was just drawn to this pink and pairing it with a light blue top was the perfect neutral. Not too boring, but a nice shade of blue to compliment to the bright pink. This girl is always putting on multiple pairs of shoes in the morning.
